I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD (Westlake, TX)
Interview
Everyone was hired from different temporary job agencies. They did not offer direct hiring at the time. They soon realized that the process was not fool proof. You are told only 90 days till hired on full time as a permanent employee. It ends up being 6 months till that process happens. Benefits don't start till almost 8 months.

Question 1
Why do you think you are an asset to this company?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TD (Greenville, SC) in Feb 2017
Interview
For starters, the interview was at 5:30pm. I got there at 5:15. They told me to go to building A and check in with security. Building A was locked and there was no security. So I went to the next building and spoke with security there. Although he tried for 20 minutes to get a hold of either of the two people I was to meet with, he could not (email and instant messenger). He also did not have phone numbers for them and I was not given them either. I tried calling the contact person who set up the interview, but she was gone for the day. So I left since there clearly was no way of getting in touch with these people. About 10 minutes after I left, I got a call from one of the interviewers asking me where I was. I explained the situation to her and she asked me if I could come back, which I did. Now to the interview. There was two of them and they did not seem too interested (especially the one). They each had a sheet of paper in front of them and took turns asking behavioral questions and writing my answers down (although they had trouble figuring out between the two of them whose turn it was to ask a question). They spoke about the position a little and then let me ask questions. Overall, the interview was easy, but they seemed unprepared, uninterested and rushed. Being this is an analytical position, I would have thought they would have gone into my background and experience, but no.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD
Interview
Applied online and received an invitation to interview the next day.
I arrived at TDAF in Westlake, TX. From the outside the building looks impressive and the lobby looks nice too. Once inside my impression changed. Everything looks old, the people there look like they hate their jobs.
The interview was quick, probably 30 min, and consisted mostly on me walking my two interviewer through my resume. After I left, I got a call from one of the interviewing with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Dallas, TX) in July 2013
Interview
I submitted the application online. Within several days I received a phone call from one of the hiring managers; they asked several additional questions and we set an interview time. Once there, I sat with 3 supervisors in the department and was asked several questions; a mix of general and behavioral based questions. The interview took roughly 30 minutes, and I left with them telling me they would be in contact within the next week's time. The following week, I was made an offer over the phone and accepted. The training class began just over another week following that.
