Hired through college campus which then
proceeded with an interview on campus with someone who works at the bank and then final interview on site it was about 4 interviews for the whole day
There was a 20 min short phone screen interview with recruiter. It was mostly questions about your resume (education, experience, projects), and some behaviour questions such as 'Tell me about yourself'. They are interested in the experiences and personal projects I was working on.
