16 people were chosen for the first interview which consisted of two back-to-back parts: behavioural and behavioural+technical. Most technical questions have to do with risk management (what market risk measures do you know) but some just test your general knowledge of finance (how to price a bond/company). The second interview follows the same format. The interviewers are HRs for behavioural questions and risk management people for technical ones. 8 people made it to the second round and 4 were planned to be hired, although I don't know if they indeed were. Make sure to google your interviewers' names before the interview. You can predict many technical questions just by looking at their title/research work. For example, if your interviewer has a background in data management for market risk management, you're likely get a question on data governance processes in CMRM.
