      I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TD (Ottawa, ON) in Jan 2021

      Interview

      At first, there was a phone screening with an HR person where simple behavioural questions were asked. The online interview was conducted through Zoom with a manager, the Call Centre Coach and the HR personnel. The online interview questions were also behavioural but more focused on customer serving issues and solutions.
