The interview process was very formal. The questions asked was relative to the job. The length of the interview was 1hr. The job although did not specify required leadership experience. It was not a panel interview. It was two interviewer one after the other.

This was a contact role with a one and done interview. It was mostly technical with two behavioural questions. I was offered the position and the hiring manger turned out to be the manager I report to.
