Lot of us heard the company conduct ‘fake’ interviews is when they need to get an H1B worker from abroad. They need to show that they looked for many months but could not find an American worker. I had a interview with TD bank and I did really good with interview. Hiring managers liked me and also my recruiter told me I was selected for the position. It's been a more than month since I had interview no one ever get back to me with any next steps process. This kind of experience lot of times demotivated people with any future employment with any other company. I still couldn't believe this kind of unprofessional experience from TD bank specially from their manager. Fact is no one cares about your time. If I knew this will happened no way I would given my interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at TD (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied on the TD website. A few days later, a recruiter reached out to schedule a first-round interview. The interview was around 30 minutes long, with one senior software engineer who asked me a mix of behavioral and technical questions. No coding questions. Didn't make it past the first round.
