Phone call, in-person interview with 2-3 managers within the branch you are applying to. They ask typical behavioural questions about your experience etc. One location had a technical test which was fairly simple.

Interview
30 minute quantitative case that tested financial acumen and analysis capability. They gave me the case and left the room to allow me to focus, then came back and I walked through my answers with them.

Interview
Overall the interview was quick and easy. 30 Minute phone interview with mostly behavioural based questions and some financial situational based questions. Interviewer was able to respond to all questions that I had and was very helpful in describing the position in detail so that I was able to provide educated responses to questions.
