Interview
Very straight forward. Two interviews, which I think it is the adequate number for this position. The website was easy to use and I was in constant touch with the hiring manager until my start date. Very positive experience and a great place to work at.
The interview was very informal and consisted of a 45-minute conversation. The interviewer did not prepare any questions in advance. As a result, the interview felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because TD is such a large organization, this experience will vary from hiring manager to hiring manager.
