I applied online. I interviewed at TD (Montreal, QC) in July 2023
Interview
I had a 30-minute phone call with HR where we discussed various aspects of the position as well as my experience in my previous role. Following this, they scheduled an interview that is expected to last about an hour, focusing on both the job itself and how my past experiences align with the responsibilities of this new role.

Interview
The interview lasted 20 minutes. The questions were fairly straightforward, but I wasn't allowed to ask many of my own. Ultimately, they ghosted me. They initially gave me the impression that the interview went well, but when I followed up to inquire about a second interview or the reasons for not getting the job, I received no response.
