Interview
The interview process was very streamlined and efficient, and it took less than a week to complete. The process consisted of a phone screen and a super day held in their New York office. Very nice people who made the process so much more enjoyable. The interview was an equal mix of technical and behavioral questions.

final Assessment centre after initial screening process which lasted between four to six hours with differing group exercises and panel interviews with current employees. Typically 3 members of their more senior team.
First round was two zoom calls- found the employees super nice but they pretty much asked me the exact same very basic resume questions. Didn't feel like they really got to know me.
