the process was fine. very techical and specifc to the industry(heathcare in my case) so ensure you understand your industry well if its a coverage group. They didnt care much for behavioral, fairly dry interviewers.

The overall interview process was relatively easy, with many straightforward and simple questions. My interviewer was extremely polite and gave me the time I needed to answer questions. Each interview, apart from the super day, took only 30 minutes.

Screener, first round with 2 bankers (mostly behaviorials), second round (very difficult technicals), and spd with 4 senior bankers in their office. Everyone was chill, and most questions went straight from the guide.

Process begins with an initial phone screen with one-to-two Analysts, followed by a 3-round in-person Superday with seniors ranging from Vice Presidents to Managing Directors. Each round includes moderate technicals and behaviors.
