First, I had the initial interview. A few days later, I had a second virtual interview that lasted about one hour. The recruiter explained the benefits, then the interview started. They asked about TD, handling calls, and selling credit cards.

They asked:
Why do you want to work at TD?
How would you handle a high volume of customer calls?
How would you sell a credit card?
Completed a language test.

- was notified within 2-3 days with an offer of acceptance
-lots of situational questions
- hr lady was very nice and asks you for some background info about what you like and your employment history
