I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TE Connectivity (Bensheim) in Mar 2023
Interview
2 different calls; interview with the team and call with HR for offering the position
Good communication and good explanation of the internship process and responsabilities.
HR was also helpful in the process.
The process took several weeks, very close until the start of the job date; I'd say a negative part of the process was the lack of guidance on when the offer was going to arrive and not clarity on the contract, better communication from HR would have been more helpful.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TE Connectivity (San Rafael, San Jose) in Mar 2024
Interview
Group interview alongside 2 other candidates, one studying the same major as myself. While we didn't complain, evaluating 3 people at once is not the best environment, since you eventually try to one up each other.

Question 1
Case study about a person needing help for their business with automating the bakery process
I interviewed at TE Connectivity (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
It was nice. Interviewers were very friendly and understanding of nerves. Thought I had done well. The only down side is the communication. They do not get back to you with a positive or negative response. It’s radio silence.
