After submitting my resume online I received an e-mail asking about my availability for a phone interview. After that phone call screening call by HR and a couple of e-mail exchanges, I got the 1st phone interview with local managers. After I went to the site for an on premises Interview with the same local managers, followed by a 2nd telephone interview with international managers.
