There were many processes of the hiring stage before I even got to the interview. I had to apply online. then back and forth email communications with one of their hiring coordinators, a phone call about the offer of the position, then a phone interview, submission of a professional photo and background checks, then I was brought in for the in person interview with the three department supervisors.
