      I applied online. I interviewed at TELUS (Denpasar) in May 2026

      Interview

      The interview process was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted by a recruiter within a week for an initial phone screening. The recruiter discussed my background, technical skills, and availability for shift work. The next stage was a virtual interview with the hiring manager and a senior IT team member from Philippines. Questions focused on Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, hardware support, networking fundamentals, ticket management, and customer service scenarios. I was also asked to describe how I would handle common IT support incidents and prioritize multiple tickets. The interviewers were friendly and gave me time to explain my answers. The overall process took about two weeks from application to final decision.
