I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TELUS (Waterloo, ON) in Feb 2012
Interview
First interview was on the phone with recruiter where we talked about my interests, why I applied to the job, TELUS, and then I was asked a number of basic OOP questions. A week after, I was called in for a F2F interview where there was a presentation I had to give on a technical project I am proud of. This was followed by 10 mins of Q/A on my presentation. After the presentation, I was asked a couple of technical questions, behavioural questions, and had to analyze a business case.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2011
Interview
Half hour phone screening, asked a lot of behaviour questions with 2 simple tech questions.
Brought in for a face to face interview, a 10 mins presentation of a project did before, then a lot of technical question, almost no behaviour questions.
People are friendly and very technical.
Advice: be readly to answer a lot of questions relate to what you have learned in school, I believe you must just graudated before applying this job, be sure to refresh all the computer science course materials, and treat this interview as a big "final exam", you should have no problem to know how to prepare a final exam, aren't you?
