      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TELUS (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2015

      Interview

Interview was scheduled for 2:00pm, didn't get back until about 2:20. It was a group interview, myself and 4 others. Three people from the company were our interviewers. They started by having us interview each other by asking: What person living or not living would we want to spend a day with? We had to present our answers for each other. They left us in a room to do so for about 10 mins. Then they returned and interviewed us by asking us all the same 4 questions in different order. In the end, they have you do another assessment, in addition to the 80 minute one they have you do at home for the application process. This assessment you do there has you give a detailed descriptions about how to make an omelet, weird. Followed by providing the past tense words for about 6 verbs; like take=took.

      Interview

Can be an extended application process with multiple online assessments that you will have to complete online. Personality test is also included and seems to be very effective considering the very laid back atmosphere of this call center. After two months of waiting and two over the phone interviews, I was called in for an in person interview after totaling about 20 mins. I was hired the same day, given drug test and new hire paperwork. It is also a plainclothes interview although I was unaware until I got there. Overall a very pleasant experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Burnaby, BC) in June 2014

      Interview

This was a fairly involved interview process for this level of position. There was an online application, followed up with an email to schedule a phone screener, the phone screener itself (about 20 minutes long, lots of hypothetical situation questions). That was followed by an online skill test (multitasking and typing, mostly), a background check and finally an in-person interview with one of the customer service supervisors. The recruiter was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout this process, emailing me a guide to the in-person interview complete with suggested dress code and campus map. The supervisor I met in person was similarly pleasant to meet with. Questions were mostly hypotheticals again, interspersed with stuff related to my previous work experience. I got the offer letter about four days after the interview, and started training within the next three weeks.
