Interview
15 minute phone interview, followed by an email link to a personality test. If you pass the first test there is a second test which is more to measure your computer, listening, decision making skills. Scenario based modules etc. If you're successful, then you are invited to a face to face interview with one of the managers. Standard question and answer based interview.
