Initial 30 minute phone screen, an online personality test then two 1 hr panel interviews with the team and managers. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to and asked both technical as well as behavioral questions. Whole process took about 3 weeks and I was told I would get a response 2 weeks after my last interview. I ended up being ghosted by every team member and they all ignored my follow-up emails after waiting for weeks.
