I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2025
Interview
5 interviews total - screening call with HR, then 4 more (3 directors, 1 VP). Whole process took 4 months. 2 of the interviewers didn't have their cameras on since their cameras didn't work (seemed odd for a tech company). Uncomfortable being interviewed by someone you can't see. Pretty standard interview-type questions. Shortlisted with 2 other people, 1 of them got the job.

Question 1
Are you willing to accommodate very early morning online meetings with people in different time zones.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in June 2025
Interview
Basic interview with Telus asking most of the questions. It was an okay process, however, not once throughout the interview did they explain the actual role in detail. It was more about them screening you rather than it being an equal conversation. Judging by the reviews and people I know in this industry, I dodged a bullet.

Question 1
Name a difficult time with a client, when you had to get the C-suite involved and how did you handle it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
Was told it was a causal chat with hiring director. Did not know it was a formal interview and there was also another person dialing in remotely. Not the best experience as it should be clearly stated. The hiring director was also late and I had to contact him to remind him of the chat/interview

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and what are you doing now?
