Interview process was consist of 5 rounds, 1 merittrac online test, 3 technical rounds and last managerial round. Merit trac was consist of 30 Unix based objective questions which are related to linux, AIX & Solaris flavors. As there was no negative marking so tried all as per my Linux knowledge. As i don't have prior knowledge of Solaris, wasn't sure that i'll get selected but i got. 1st technical round was difficult since interviewer started to ask commands with exact attributes for rare uses. somehow i cleared that round due to core knowledge of lvm, raid & linux networking. 2nd round was easy, as he asked general question for about 15 mins. 3rd round was longest since interviewer start asking troubleshooting related question.in last i clear all 3 rounds and called for managerial round next day. managerial round consist of what are you doing in current company and what will be the expectation from you at TIAA. i got letter of intent to offer after sometime and actual offer letter after a week.
