the interview isn't too bad. They want to make sure you can deal with clients and the things they throw at you. The interview is held by your manager or other managers of the role. Everyone there is generally very easy going, as long as you are good and get your job done, don't complain. Takes a long time for them to make decision

Interview
First I had a phone interview followed by a 45 minute in person with the manager. It was very professional and cordial. My salary requirements were discussed at the phone interview, so I knew ahead of time that it was feasible. The one on one interview was exactly what i expected.

two managers interviewed in person and took copious notes - somewhat relaxed but if you are vague then they will follow up requesting specific examples - have them ready is my only suggestion
