Easy- they need good people. Reasonable place to start career. Lots of great people committed to clients . In transition and occasionally challenging. Management can be out of touch, company financials are questionable
few one on ones but not very impressive. mostly tried to see if had enough connections to be able to sell products. The interview ranged from various different people at the location / firm but was tough to get a good gauge on what the intent was
