1-1 interview followed by group interview, followed by another 1-1 interview with a senior leader. However, different people answered questions on topics like flexibility differently, leaving me confused about the company's policies. Seemed like a lot was up in the air.

They were primarily asking about my experience. Some situational questions like what would you do if someone wanted something in a time frame that wasn't realistic. The majority of questions were really about my experience and what I had/hadn't done previously.
