Interview
Phone screening and then I did not proceed any further. It was a phone call with simple questions from the recruiter. Very easy. The next step was going to be a virtual interview with the hiring manager.
Took over a full year to finally get hired on as a remote employee. Then, a few years later TIAA removed all remote privileges for all employees. Left ASAP as I did not feel as though this was ethical.
