You will take an initial screening interview with HR, and afterwards you will have a direct interview in-office with two team leads for the department you will be working in. I cannot stress this enough do not accidentally slip up and call the company non-profit instead of not-for-profit and make sure to have plenty of questions prepared.
Straight forward, brief, friendly. Followed STAR method for interview process. Come prepared, questions were as expected. No surprises, super nice building. Panel interview with 2 interviewers. Short tour of building after interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.
