Smooth, clear, well structured. Interviewers were professional and experienced. Clear expectations were set while explaining the role within the organization. A mission-driven company, the company culture was described in detail.

Interview
Fairly quick process with lots of different team members. Felt chaotic at times, one person arrived late and then left within 15 mins for a 30 min interview. The founder was late and seemed very disinterested and kept forgetting what the name of the role was. Lots of chat about how hard they work.

We’re an early-stage company that moves fast, but that should never show up as lateness, poor preparation, or lack of engagement in interviews. We’ve been tightening our process and expectations for interviewers to make sure every candidate gets a focused, well-run experience.
