      Full of opportunities to make big impacts

      Pros

      There’s a lot we can do here. In a startup, there’s no rigid hierarchy or inflexible policies. Any idea can be quickly tested and put into action. It’s a place where people with passion and creativity can really challenge and reinvent traditional e-commerce.

      Cons

      Need to be prepared and determined for long hours, because everyone here is genuinely passionate about the product. People often put in extra time on their own, working hard to achieve meaningful results in a short period.

      Feels like being an entrepreneur within a company. There’s a lot of freedom (which doesn’t suit everyone) to define projects and make impact.
