Applied online and received feedback within 2 weeks. There is 45min assessment you complete before being selected for the interview. Interview is 1hr long with 2 managers. They introduce themselves and ask you for an introduction as well.

Few journals for 3 or 4 transactions. Competency based questions like Have you dealt with difficult client? Do you prefer working in a team or by yourself? How to you resolve conflict? Tell us about yourself

The interview process is smooth and the interviewer is nice and supportive and good at guidance. I have not finish all of the interview but it already is pretty nice.
