TNW International interview questions

The interview process was extremely unprofessional and aboslutely uncalled for. Began with a long 20 min telephonic round, then a super long assignment that can easily take 8-9 hours to complete, and even after that they like your assigment but will ask you for 2-3 more options of the same work, and there were total of 5-6 tasks once being a blog itself (so now you can imagine the assignment length i am referring to) and then, they call you for a face to face round and ask you the same questions, ask you if you can write a specific category, which was already done in the assignment (that the new members interviewing haven't really checked). And then, even having the prior discussion about salary, they will stop you at the final round thinking that salary can't be negotiated this much (which should be the first step if the comapny is so rigid and has a non-negotiable salary bracket). But again, there is no feedback or final verdict from the team and you're just hanging there everyday when the final interview round is just delaying and delaying... and then they ghost you
