One of the most unstructured way of an interview, they took half hr to recognize me that weather my interview is scheduled or not, after confirmation interview was taken by them, duration on interview was approx 1.5 hrs, he asked most of the things which should be asked but was seeking answer which is same as he was able to see in his laptop, come on guys if you do not have qualified person to take interview than have some contract with recruitment agencies they will hire for you, asking question by surfing and expecting same answer is worst way of interview. More of that it took him 1.5 hr to reject me in interview.

Got the call from recruiter & the interview was scheduled for 1 hour. Then had 1 hour useless discussion with some mid-aged man who seemed to take the interview for the sake of the interview but had already made his mind for the result. Such interviewers are very bad for the industry & companies & such people seem to be frustrated with their own useless life & just spoil the time of others in the name of such interviews & spread negativity. So will suggest everyone, not to waste the time for such company & st*pid interviewers.
