Interview
Three rounds were there. Technical, Managerial, HR
Technical was telephonic, Managerial Video conferencing, HR video conferencing.
Technical was focused on automation, test planning.
Managerial towards: Best practices and team handling.
HR: Background check , role and responsibilities
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TO THE NEW
Interview
Cleared all rounds but got NO offer letter. Was told by HR that my notice period was too long. They came to know about my notice period after competing all rounds when I already told them before my interview. It is quite.incompetent.
