Interview
Quite genuine, easy and smooth. It was authentic conversation and felt natural to speak to the leaders. They ask detailed yet thought provoking questions and encourage you to as well.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TOGA Group (Australia) (Sydney) in Oct 2023
Interview
Two people - large part of the interview process was them explaining the role - personally directed questions were casual - more of a conversation rather. It seemed your interpersonal/ communication skills were primarily assessed.

Tell us about yourself and your background, walk us through your work experience etc
Never get reply back after interview although I was told that I will be informed in a week. Overall interview experience was ok but it would be better if the company can respect their candidates a bit more.
