You have to book a logic and reasoning test first, and once you pass the test, they will ask for your CV and transcripts. The test was like IQ test, some math and logical questions. If they are interested in your CV, they will invite you to an interview. It takes about 30 minutes, talking to a future peer not a hiring manager.
