8 Interviews with Recruiter, including a lunch interview, Skype interview, mock sales call, and meeting the office staff one on one. It seemed as though the company was not sure about hiring their first minority.

Computer test then in person interview. The computer test will weed out people who aren't fit for the job/not enough knowledge. Afterwards you will meet with the owner of the business. This is a small business so there are not a lot of engineers.
