Interview
I applied online, through Craiglist. Someone called me about a day later and asked me to come for an interview. We set up the time, I showed up the next day and talked to the principal. He was nice, he was very honest and told me it was a big commitment, that it was hard, especially for first year teachers.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. You will most likely interview with the principal, admin secretary, and a representative from the grade level you show interest in. They would like to see your personality, how you manage a classroom, and how you will implement resources to help students grow.
