Tsys interviews can be inconsistent. Sometimes interviewers seem disengaged, asking very few questions, making it hard to showcase skills. Even after checking if I was audible, there was little response. Overall, the process felt less interactive and not deeply evaluative.

the interview was good, very close, direct, and feedback was shared, the recruiter very professional, and the hiring manager always clear the process in general was fast. in general i recommend the company
