They were looking for a functional programmer and I know the language they were using so I applied. Interview was a coding assignment I spent a day on and 3 hour interview. Coding assignment was fine, just long. Interview was high pressure but good questions were asked that tested for knowledge/facts and ability to solve problems using code and cloud infra.

It was very unprofessional that they were late, very disorganise. And the process is all about asking about agile team formation at my previous client. It seems like a session about digging information rather than proper job interview.
