I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tachyus in Sept 2023
Interview
A complete waste of time, initially they take MONTHS to contact you, and as soon as the process starts, they just "pause" the opening. They contacted me, and after I told them that the company was a joke just answered "What a bad attitude", man you should be worried about your bad practices first instead of about my attitude, people making mistakes and expecting everyone to say yes to everything as donkeys, and if not, they just try to make you feel bad 😂
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Tachyus (New York, NY)
Interview
Numerous phone interviews with non-execs, execs and advisors. Attended on-site interview with the team and another candidate. More interested in my sales background than the experience I could bring them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Draft a sales plan for our product and company_______.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tachyus (Houston, TX) in July 2019
Interview
I was contacted the same day and asked to have a video interview with a manager where my petroleum engineering knowledge was tested.
The next day I was asked to have another video interview, same day, with another manger.: this one went through my CV and asked about my database experience.
2 days later I was asked to have another video interview, this time with the VP of the region: went through my 'sales'/consultant experiences.
I was immediately asked to have another video interview, this time with the COO. It was arranged for a few days later. Simple behavioral questions were asked.
I was then invited to an on-site assessment day along with a dinner with the team afterwards, in Houston, which was arranged much later, and took place a month later.
The day involved 4 1-hour sessions with members of different departments : research, software etc
Mainly probed my experience and asked a few situational questions revolving around data.
