You will be hired in mass, most likely. You will be asked what jobs you've had before and how well you work under a high pressure, fast pace environment and what do you do in your spare time. You will be asked for examples of times you've worked well under pressure and when you have shown good leadership skills.

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
