Interview
Very basic, if you dressed and speak English you have the job. The GM or AM will normally be the one to interview you. Be sure to not dress inappropriately, be late, or say something egregiously out of line and you are guaranteed in.

What are some aspects of your professional career you would like to improve on
I filled out the application, and the manager looked through it. They definitely needed workers at the time, so there wasn't much of an interview, basically just a "when can you start."
