Asked about prior customer service questions. It was a 1:1 interview. I went to a table. We sat down and I was asked some question. I wanted the job, and was patient, polite, and ready to answer these questions. My interviewer asked me these questions. We said goodbye. I went home. And was rejected... from Taco Bell.

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
