I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Morton, IL) in July 2019
Interview
It was easy and I got an offer at the end. Pretty basic questions. Just be relaxed and sociable. It helps to have lots of flexibility. Be able to handle some customer service.
Got back to me super fast, which made it really simple to get my first job. Didn't have to wait for responses, just scheduled a time online. I got there and the GM asked me a few questions, then told me when orientation was and that she was glad to have me on the team.
It was very informal but they had a lot of question such as self intro, and why taco bell. it was one to one and the shift leader who interviewed was very casual. It was important for them to know my availability's first and foremost which helped in securing the role and especially during the summer and holiday season.
Quick and simple interview. I was asked the usual interview questions and felt very stress-free through the process. I did end up refusing their offer, but I’m open to applying there again if things don’t turn up well at my current position.
