Had two interviews: one with the store manager and another with his assistant. was given an answer within a week. the questions were pretty standard and the process was very laid-back, as was the manager doing the interviewing. after being hired, i was given a pretty detailed tour of the facility. then i was given an opportunity to ask questions.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
