It was very informal and he didn't really even ask me any real questions other than where I'd worked before and was I hungry. After leaving me waiting for 20 minutes with another applicant. The entire process was a joke, the manager didnt seem to take anythig seriously

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
