Tagup Backend Software Engineer interview questions

Was contacted for an hour long call where I was explained what the platform was, how it worked, and what the role entailed. I was given a coding challenge to complete within a few days, and promptly returned the challenge despite it being a little more work than most coding challenges (implement a rest api to their spec connected to a data store and deploy it). I received a response a week and a half later saying they will try to look at it that day, and have not heard back since. I would have appreciated some kind of notice that they moved forward with another candidate considering they had me complete and deploy the coding challenge.
