I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in May 2013
Interview
The hiring for the internship was relatively lengthy. Apply online to various positions posted on the website in the Fall for the subsequent summer internship. Requirements include work experience and education. The next step of the process was to fill out a questionnaire for positions Takeda considered your application for. Finally, you were given an interview and notified within a week with an offer.
Only 1 interview. No one contacted me to say I was rejected. I found out by looking on Workday to see I’m no longer considered. Not the worst but I would have appreciated more communication. The recruiter was very helpful though.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
2 back to back interviewers with basic behavioral and experience questions. It was pretty informal in my view, I spoke with my manager and her boss. They were very friendly and told me only 2-4 other applicants were being interviewed.
