Initial phone screen, then 3 zoom interview. The last one with 8 members of the team. I spoke with each group member for about 30 minutes. Finally I was interviewed by the director. She asked " what will you do if there is new challenge without your team leader's instructions". She did not look like to agree with any of my answers.
