Interview
It is a pretty straightforward interview process, multiple rounds with HR, and team members, and team manager. The questions are basic interview questions and going over relevant experience and background

Lengthy recruitment, screening, and interview process. Ultimately did not pursue the opportunity as other companies I was working with were moving much quicker. Would have liked to complete the process if timing allowed.

I applied online. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Interview
The interviews took more than a month. There was a presentation involved. They asked for references even before they spoke about a potential offer. They had all 5 references and then they didn't even let me know I was rejected. It was extreme emotional distress to learn I had been rejected when they spoke and asked for documents as though I'm getting the offer.
